How It Works

1. Get TidyCal Lifetime Access

• Once purchased, log in or create your TidyCal account – you’ll need this for setup.

2. Choose Your TidyCal Setup Package

• Starter Setup – For simple booking automation (no meeting required)
• Professional Setup – Includes a personalised setup call
• Premium Setup – Includes setup, strategy call, and training session

3. Purchase Your Package

• Add your chosen setup package to the cart and complete payment.
• Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email outlining the next steps.

4. Next Steps (Based on Your Package)

Starter Setup

• Your confirmation email will include a direct link to our setup questionnaire.
• Complete the questionnaire and email your file to enquiry@virtualsupportsuperstars.com.au.
• Once received, our team will begin your setup. (No call is required for this package.)

Professional & Premium Setup

Your confirmation email will include:

• A link to complete the detailed setup questionnaire (this must be done before the call).
• A TidyCal link to book your Zoom setup session with Stacey once the questionnaire is complete.

Important: Please complete your questionnaire before booking your setup session.

We’ll use this information to prepare your TidyCal account efficiently during your call.

5. Sit Back & Relax

• Once your setup is complete, you’ll receive:
  • A handover video walkthrough showing how to manage your bookings

Do you need my logins?

Starter: Yes, we will need all the log in details of the accounts involved as this package doesn’t include a Zoom session.

Premium & Professional: We only need your TidyCal account details. Your email and payment logins will be connected securely during your Zoom session.

When do I book my meeting?

After completing your questionnaire. Select your preferred schedule via private booking link sent via email

How long does it take?

Starter: 2–3 business days.

Professional & Premium: 3–7 business days after the Zoom session.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Professional or Premium anytime by paying the difference.
